Site Accent Color:As per above screensort if you want to change Accent Color you can change it on click on select color button.

Page Layout:                                                                 

As per above screensort you can select Page layout with various options like Page with Left Sidebar,Page with Right Sidebar and Full Width Page.

Blog Layout:

As per above Screensort  you can select Blog layout with various options like Blog With Left Sidebar,Blog With Right Sidebar and  Full Width blog (No Sidebar).
