The WPEA Modern Events Calendar Addon makes it easy to import events from Eventbrite into the Modern Events Calendar plugin. You can import events using an Eventbrite Event ID or import events from your Eventbrite Organizer account.

Import Eventbrite Events Using an Event ID

Import By: Select Eventbrite Event ID from the dropdown menu when you want to import a specific Eventbrite event.

Eventbrite Event ID: Enter the Eventbrite Event ID of the event you want to import. You can add multiple Event IDs by entering each ID on a separate line.

Import Into: Select Modern Events Calendar from the dropdown menu. The imported events will be added to your Modern Events Calendar plugin.

Status: Choose whether the imported events should be created as Published or Draft events. Once you have configured the settings, click the Import Events button to start the import.

Where to Find the Eventbrite Event ID: To import a specific event, you first need its Eventbrite Event ID. You can find the ID directly in the URL of the Eventbrite event page.

Open the Eventbrite event you want to import. The event ID is included in the event URL. Copy the ID from the URL and use it in the Eventbrite Event ID field.

If you want to import multiple events, enter each Eventbrite Event ID on a separate line.

After the import is completed, you can find the imported events in Modern Events Calendar. This allows you to quickly add specific Eventbrite events to your WordPress website using their Event IDs.

Import Eventbrite Events from an Organizer

If you manage multiple events through an Eventbrite Organizer account, you can import events from your organizer pages instead of entering individual Event IDs.

Import By: Select My Pages when you want to import events from your Eventbrite Organizer page.

Import Type: Choose between a One-Time Import or a Scheduled Import. Scheduled imports allow the addon to automatically check for events and keep your imported events updated.

Scheduled Import Options: You can choose how frequently the addon should run the import:

• Once Hourly: Runs the import automatically once every hour and imports new events or updates existing events.
• Twice Daily: Runs the import automatically twice a day and checks for new or updated events.
• Once Daily: Runs the import automatically once a day.
• Once Weekly: Runs the import automatically once a week.
• Once Monthly: Runs the import automatically once a month.

Status: Select whether imported events should be created as Published or Draft events. After selecting your preferred settings, click the Import Events button to start the import.

Once the import is complete, your Eventbrite events will be available in Modern Events Calendar. If you enable a scheduled import, the addon will automatically run the import according to the selected schedule and update the existing events when applicable.
