Users Filter

User roles :- Select the user roles from which you want to delete users.

User Registration Date :- Use the option to delete the users who registered 30 days (1 month) ago.

Advance Users Filter

Assign deleted user’s data to :- When a user is deleted, they may have content associated with their account such as posts, pages, or other data. Instead of losing this information, you can transfer it to another existing user.

Simply select the user who should receive the deleted user’s data. Once the deletion process is completed, all content and ownership will be reassigned to the selected user.

User Meta :- This option allows you to delete users based on specific profile information attached to their account.

For example, some plugins or systems store additional details for users such as membership type, custom role indicators, or other attributes. If you know the meta key and value, you can use them to find and delete users who match that information.

This method is useful when you want to remove users that belong to a specific group or meet certain conditions.

User Email :- If you already have the email addresses of the users you want to remove, you can delete them directly using this option.

You can delete multiple users at the same time by entering their email addresses separated by commas.

Example: user1@example.com,user2@example.com,user3@example.com

All users associated with the entered email addresses will be deleted.

User Display name :- You can delete users by entering their display name. The system will find the users that match the provided name and remove their accounts.

User Nicename :- You can delete users by entering their nicename. The system will find the users that match the provided name and remove their accounts.

User Login :- You can delete users by entering their login. The system will find the users that match the provided name and remove their accounts.

Action

Limit:- Set the limit over post delete. It will delete only the first limit posts. For example, if you write a limit of 2 you delete a maximum of 2 posts/pages.

Detele Time:- WP Bulk Delete Pro provides functionality to schedule deleting at a particular time. and You can choose the scheduled at option at Delete Time to schedule delete. it has 2 options.

Delete now => It will start the delete operation just after you press the delete button.

Schedule Delete => If you want to run the delete operation later at a particular time. You can also repeat delete operations Once Hourly, Once a Month, once weekly, Twice Daily, Once Daily. You can see repetitive scheduled deletes at the WP Bulk Delete>Schedule Delete page
